Saving Your Protocols
The Save button is your go-to for securing any changes made in the Assist Manager. After making edits to a protocol, always click Save to ensure your updates are stored. This step keeps your work safe and allows you to return to it later.
Where to Find the Save Button
The Save button is located at the bottom of the left-hand menu within the protocol editor.
Publishing Protocols
Once you’ve reviewed your protocol and are satisfied with the updates, click Publish. Publishing makes the protocol available in the Incision Assist app, ensuring your team can access the latest version.
How to Publish
Navigate to the protocol you wish to publish.
Click the Publish button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Once published, the protocol will be visible in the Incision Assist app for all users.
Unpublishing Protocols
Need to temporarily hide a protocol from the Incision Assist app? Use the Unpublish option to remove it from the app without deleting it. The protocol will remain in the Assist Manager and can be republished when needed.
How to Unpublish
In the Protocols overview, open the protocol you want to unpublish.
Click the three dots next to the protocol name.
Select Unpublish from the dropdown menu.
Once unpublished, the protocol will no longer be visible in the app, but it will still be editable within the Assist Manager.

If a protocol is no longer needed, you can delete it from the Assist Manager.
How to Delete
Go to the Protocols overview.
Open the protocol you would like to delete.
Click the three dots next to the protocol name.

Unpublished Changes: The protocol is published and visible in the Incision Assist , but recent changes have not yet been pushed live. Make sure to publish the changes to keep the protocol up-to-date.
