How to Add and Manage Postoperative Instructions

This guide explains how to add and manage information in the Postoperative Information tab of the Incision Assist Manager.

Adding Postoperative Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Desired Protocol:

    • Open the protocol where you want to include postoperative details.

  2. Access the Postoperative Instructions Tab:

    • In the left-hand menu, click on Postoperative Instructions.

Adding Content

  • Text Box:

    • Use the text box to outline postoperative instructions and guidelines. Ensure the information is clear and comprehensive to support optimal patient care.

  • Images and Documentation:

    • You can upload images or link to external documentation to enhance the instructions. This provides additional clarity for the postoperative process.

Saving and Publishing

  • Save Your Changes:

    • Click Save at the bottom left to store your updates.

  • Publish Your Updates:

    • When you’re satisfied with the content, click Publish to make the edits visible in the Incision Assist app.

By using the Postoperative Instructions tab, you can ensure that all necessary postoperative guidelines are available to the team, supporting consistent and high-quality patient care.
